B&G Auto Body Warranty

B&G Auto Body provides a lifetime warranty on all repairs relating to the current loss. This will apply to all items originally repaired for as long as you own the vehicle.

Damage caused by new accidents, negligence, abuse, misuse, elements, or paint chipped by driving conditions will not be covered under the scope of this warranty. Sublet work as listed on the repair order will follow the shop-selected sublet’s warranty, not B&G Auto Body.

B&G Auto Body, in partnership with Axalta Coating Systems, warrants its paint for the life of the vehicle under the current loss. Adjacent panels not painted or repaired by B&G Auto Body will not be covered. Rust repairs will not be covered. Stone chips will not be covered or repaired unless at customer request.

It is understood that all repairs will be performed to industry standards by an I-Car trained technician. B&G Auto Body reserves the right to correct any problems found with the repair before paying to correct or replace any items found to be inferior in quality or workmanship. B&G Auto Body will not pay or approve another repair facility to do repairs. All warranty repairs are to be fulfilled at B&G Auto Body.

B&G Auto Body must be informed of the problem as soon as it occurs so it may be corrected. In the event of a claim, this warranty must be presented with a copy of the corresponding repair order. No warranty work will be performed prior to a review from the management team. B&G Auto Body shall not be responsible for loss of use, time, inconvenience, towing, rental, lodging, or loss of business/wages.
