I hereby authorize B&G Auto Body to complete the repairs for the above vehicle. I agree that B&G Auto Body is not responsible for any articles left in the vehicle. I also grant permission to B&G Auto Body employees to operate the above vehicle for the purpose of testing, inspections, and sublet repairs.
